Daio Wasabi Farm

Upon reaching Matsumoto back from Kamikochi, we took the local train to Hotaka...cost Yen320 for 20 min ride.  From the station we took a taxi to Daio Wasabi Farm.  Cab fare Yen 2000 and it took about 10 to 15 mins ride....it was a nice ride ( ^.^ )

Yeah....finally we arrived!!!!

Waaaaa........i thought the wasabi farm would be small but it was vast...around us all wasabi plants

The wasabi plant requires running water...only then you would get a nice and high quality wasabi

The croquette....since its only potato and wasabi....we get to eat them....YATTA....and they were fabulous...hot croquette in this cool weather....HEAVEN!!!

Hotaka Town...one that I would surely remember...and TQ to the nice uncle who drove us to and patiently wait for us to take us back to the station....ARIGATOU!!!!
