My hotel room....just a normal standard room at the Harbourview hotel.....

Here's picture of the river from my hotel window early the next morning.....you can see the small "sampan" travelling up and down the river ferrying the locals for their chores......

Some of other views from my hotel window.....

The famous "cats of Sarawak" at the city center....

The waterfront views..........

Another cats replica.....this one located at the waterfront itself.....

While I was walking by the waterfront, I saw these figurine at the roof of a gazebo....they look nice so decided to snap a picture.....

The Sarawak History brief......on the pavement of the waterfront.....

The river cruise ship with a backdrop of the "ADUN" building.....

The waterfront....and another replica....they said it was birds.....but it escape my eyes tho.....(-_*)

And then it was time to leave Kuching......this is Kuching International Airport and the MASwings airplane that we took to get to Kota Kinabalu....

We have to transit in Bintulu for an immigration clearance before heading to Kota Kinabalu .......

Reached
Kota Kinabalu around 2.30 pm on a Wednesday and went straight to the hotel...we stayed at the Imperial Boutec located at the center of the city not far from the "famous" market places.
Here's the courtyard of the hotel and the hotel room.....very futuristic type of hotel....(^_^) with a big plasma TV....hehehe...

The ocean view from the hotel courtyard rest area.....its beautiful, right???!!!

A ship and the ocean from within my teacup.....hehehehe.....

Here's some of the snaps of the surrounding areas of the hotel.......

Saw this yellow-man on top of the building near my hotel....it looks soo cute and took a snap of it!

And then it was time to go home....and here's a picture of the Peninsular Malaysia coastline from the aeroplane......kirei desu ne (^0^)

I've brought home quite a lot of goodies from Kuching and Kota Kinabalu....will do the posting of the souvenirs in the next entry.....look forward for it okay...!
