your own assam pedas at home...So this weekend, I tried making it and surprisingly it is quite easy....see for yourself...you just have to heat up the gravy...throw in pieces of chicken (or fish, whichever preference you like)...let it boil for a few minutes...then throw in the lady fingers (bendi) and tomato...and viola....your assam pedas is ready....easy right :)
And it taste good...like the original...you can find these at the Dataran Pahlawan Shopping Mall at the Traditional gallery (if I'm not mistaken)...where you can find all the traditional cookies and keropok of Melaka.....try it....highly recommended....:)
